Coach Cutcliffe and staff have started receiving verbal commitments from the Class of 2009. Corey Gattis, a 5-10 146 pound QB from Durham Hillside HS, committed on Saturday. John Drew also verbally accepted a scholarship offer. Drew is a 300 pound defensive lineman from Columbus, Georgia.
Sean Schroeder, 6-3 185, out of Dana Point, California, is another QB commitment, while John Farrell and Ryan Hall are two TE commitments. Farrell, 6-3 220, is from Atlanta, Georgia, and Hall, 6-4 235, is from Orlando, Florida.
